Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree relevant to the subject you will teach or an equivalent qualification.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the subject and a genuine enthusiasm that you are eager to share with students.
  • Experience in teaching GCSE and A Level courses.
  • A minimum of three years of experience is preferred, although we welcome applications from new teachers who aspire to excel.
  • Capable of delivering consistently inspiring lessons and a proven track record of achieving outstanding results.
  • Strong collaborative skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Evidence of recent professional development pertinent to this role.
  • Ideas that will enhance the department's profile within the school.
  • Proficient in ICT skills that reflect the role of technology in modern classrooms.
  • A commitment to the extracurricular program.
  • Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students under your supervision.
  • An innovative, creative, and positive attitude.

Desirable:

  • Experience working abroad or with international students.
