The ideal candidate will have:
• A Bachelor of Education (BEd) or a relevant degree with a PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent teaching qualification)
• Proven experience in teaching Physics at GCSE and A Level
• A genuine passion for curriculum innovation, sustainability, and engaging students
• Strong technological and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to build positive relationships with students and parents.
