About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy is on the lookout for an experienced Primary PE Teacher to join our team starting August 2025.

Dubai Heights Academy is a friendly and inviting workplace situated in the Al Barsha South area of Dubai. This presents a thrilling opportunity for an ambitious and inspiring Primary PE teacher.

Established in 2017, our school provides an inclusive, engaging, and exceptional education to an international student body ranging from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans to expand to Year 13.

Our campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including distinct buildings for each educational phase and a 380-seat auditorium. We have three climate-controlled swimming pools, well-equipped science and computer labs, specialized rooms for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-size football pitch, diverse outdoor play areas, and a spacious canteen. The academic year 2025-2026 will see the addition of a brand-new secondary building, significantly enhancing our existing facilities.

Dubai Heights Academy offers a curriculum designed to cater to the diverse needs of our students, based on the National Curriculum for England. This has been adapted to meet local requirements and supplemented with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Additionally, we have partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to create and implement a specialized AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students and an early language program utilizing social robots for Primary, enriching our already comprehensive curriculum.

Our guiding philosophy is encapsulated in our school ethos: ‘Every Child, Every Mind, and Everybody matters.’ We believe every student is entitled to the highest quality education, irrespective of their background and abilities.
