About This Role
About the Role: The Tutoring Center Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Math and Physics Tutor to support students up to Year 13. The ideal applicant should have a robust background in teaching I/GCSE and A Levels (required), with knowledge of the IB Diploma Programme being a plus. The tutor will specialize in both Mathematics and Physics, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire and engage learners.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Mathematics up to Year 13 and Physics up to Year 10.
• Teach both I/GCSE and A Level programs (required) and the IB Diploma (preferred).
• Conduct 3:1 lessons and small group sessions to boost learning and tackle knowledge gaps.
• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
• Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching methods as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience.
• Maintain a supportive and motivating learning environment.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching I/GCSE and A Levels (essential); familiarity with IB Diploma standards (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience in the UAE in a similar role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A deep commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.
Working Schedule:
• Up to 48 hours per week, distributed over 5 days.
• Two non-consecutive days off, depending on business needs.
• Hours: Monday to Friday from 11:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Location: The Tutoring Center – Al Furjan Pavilion
Compensation: AED 6500-8000
