All successful candidates will be required to undergo enhanced child protection screening relevant to the position, which includes various background checks such as obtaining quality references, verification of relevant qualifications, identity verification, and police checks, including those from overseas. No staff member will be permitted to commence work until these checks are finalized, a process that typically takes about a month.

As a member of our founding team, you will be instrumental in fostering a vibrant and inclusive community where each individual's learning is central to our daily activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individual students or small groups as directed by classroom and subject teachers.
- Facilitate access to the curriculum for groups of children, proactively adjusting strategies or approaches in collaboration with the class teacher to enhance learning.
- Aid in recording and presenting evidence of learning as necessary.
- Follow established work programs with individual and groups of children, striving toward defined targets.
- Contribute to the holistic well-being of children, attending to their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Support staff with minor administrative tasks during non-contact periods, such as photocopying, filing, and record-keeping.
- Prepare and organize general resources as required.
- Take notes in Individual Education Plan (IEP) books for students as needed.
- Provide both verbal and written feedback to the Class Teacher to aid in report writing, assessments, and IEPs.
- Accompany students on school trips as appropriate, ensuring compliance with school policy regarding trip documentation.
- Supervise students during breaks, including before and after school when necessary.
- Communicate professionally and appropriately with parents to uphold the school's image and reputation.
- Perform any other tasks of a similar nature as directed by the Class Teacher, including being flexible enough to support other classes or areas of the school when needed.
Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum A-Level or equivalent (certificate must be attested by the UAE Embassy and MOFA).
Experience:
- Experience or a demonstrated aptitude for working with students; prior teaching or teaching assistant experience is preferred.
Competencies:
- Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Enthusiasm and a knack for working with students.
- A team player.
- Ability to take initiative.
