Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience teaching music to early childhood or kindergarten students
- Strong knowledge of U.S. curriculum standards for music education in Kindergarten and Elementary
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in using musical instruments appropriate for young learners
- Innovative strategies for integrating movement, singing, and instrument play into lessons
