- Bring learning alive through culturally responsive practice, engaging ākonga and supporting their hauora
- Have a strong all-round curriculum kete, underpinned by sound pedagogy
- Create an inclusive and innovative learning environment where learner agency, collaboration, and creativity can flourish
- Be a team player who is proactive, solution-focused, and has a great sense of humour (we love to have fun while doing mahi that matters!)
