IB PYP Homeroom Teacher
About This Role
Erudito Licėjus is seeking a passionate and collaborative IB PYP Homeroom Teacher to join our Primary Years Programme team in Vilnius, beginning August 2026.
As a PYP Homeroom Teacher, you will facilitate transdisciplinary, inquiry-based learning for a class of primary students, thriving in an engaging and globally conscious school environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
•
Develop and execute concept-driven Units of Inquiry that align with IB PYP standards;
•
Support learning across key subjects including language, mathematics, science, arts, and transdisciplinary themes;
•
Incorporate project-based learning methodologies;
•
Use formative and summative assessments to enhance and document student progress;
•
Collaborate with colleagues through shared planning on platforms such as ManageBac or Classroom Dojo;
•
Promote learner agency and support the social-emotional development of students;
•
Engage with parents through formal conferences, ongoing communication, and community-building activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant teaching credential;
•
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in primary or international education environments;
•
Knowledge of the IB PYP framework or a strong willingness to receive training in PYP pedagogy;
•
Outstanding English communication abilities.
