We are currently seeking an exceptional, passionate, and motivated Head of Voice to start in August 2026. This role within our dynamic Music Department will play a crucial part in shaping the future direction and development of music at our school. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one, small group, and classroom instruction.

The ideal applicant will be an outstanding musician and an engaging, intellectually curious educator with a genuine passion for music education and an infectious love for the subject. We are looking for an experienced and skilled voice teacher eager to share their enthusiasm with energetic young learners.

• Hold a relevant degree and professional teaching qualification, with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience as a qualified and experienced voice teacher.
• Have a proven track record of successful teaching outcomes and relevant experience.
• Be committed to personal professional development, with recent training applicable to this role.
• Employ and promote a variety of teaching and learning strategies, creating a stimulating and safe environment for all students by setting high expectations and implementing effective classroom management.
• Drive participation and standards in the voice program.
• Inspire and motivate students, showing enthusiasm and the ability to enhance the voice program.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members and establish strong relationships.
• Commit to safeguarding and child protection, ensuring the welfare of students in their care.
• Contribute to school life beyond the classroom by leading ensembles, concerts, shows, productions, and extracurricular activities during and outside core school hours.
