Qualifications
To qualify, candidates must:
- Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree accompanied by a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
- Have demonstrated experience in teaching GCSEs and A-Levels
- Exhibit exceptional subject knowledge
- Have experience working within a high-performing teaching team
- Provide evidence of outstanding teaching and learning
- Hold at least 2 years of experience teaching the National Curriculum of England
