Our institution is currently oversubscribed, and with the addition of a second location, we are ready to introduce post-16 education for the first time. This growth highlights our dedication to delivering outstanding education and creating more opportunities for our students.

We are seeking a Head of PE & Outdoor Learning to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This individual will be responsible for teaching students across Key Stages 3 to 5 and will also oversee Physical Education at Key Stage 2.

An exciting aspect of this position is the opportunity to establish, lead, and integrate a high-quality Outdoor Learning curriculum at our specialist school. In this role, you will advocate for meaningful outdoor education that enhances students’ wellbeing, communication skills, independence, sensory regulation, and experiential learning. As part of this developmental position, you will help shape an evolving curriculum area, design innovative learning experiences, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure outdoor learning is a valued and consistent component of our offerings for all students in the years to come.
