Successful candidates must possess:
- An educational degree, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as PGCE or QTS with an Induction Certificate or equivalent (the PGCE must be accompanied by a relevant subject Bachelor’s Degree).
- A Master’s degree in Education or a related area (preferred).
- Leadership credentials, such as advanced leadership training or qualifications like NPQSL (National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership) or equivalent (desirable).
- A minimum of four years of teaching experience (international experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
- Exceptional subject expertise, with substantial experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A passion for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A commitment to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A demonstrated history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
- A readiness to engage in extracurricular activities outside of school hours.
