The British Vietnamese International School (BVIS) Hanoi, a member of Nord Anglia Education, is looking to appoint a distinguished Head of Early Years to oversee our thriving Early Years Centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned UK-trained Early Years professional to advance their leadership journey within a vibrant international educational environment.
The successful applicant will guide the implementation and enhancement of high-quality provision in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Collaborating closely with the Primary Leadership Team, you will ensure outstanding teaching, learning, and pastoral support throughout Early Years while fostering the growth of a dedicated team of educators.
The Role
In this position, you will:
- Lead and advance EYFS provision within the Early Years Centre
- Provide support and coaching to teachers to ensure consistently high-quality instruction
- Oversee assessment and tracking of student progress in EYFS
- Partner with the Primary Leadership Team to uphold exceptional standards
- Cultivate strong relationships with parents and the wider school community

About You
We seek a cooperative and seasoned Early Years expert who will excel in an international context.
Candidates must possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A relevant degree
- A minimum of six years of teaching experience
- Significant experience in EYFS leadership or coordination
