We are looking to appoint an outstanding Teacher who is looking to grow and develop their leadership and management skills. The Clere School is on an exciting journey and is looking for dynamic, inspirational teachers for our young people. You must be passionate about learning, creative in the classroom and believe that all students can achieve.
The successful candidate will:

- Have fantastic subject knowledge and be passionate about helping all children to achieve ambitious goals, appreciate the value of Art and understand how to succeed in the subject
- Be forward-thinking, adaptable, open and responsive to feedback and up to date with the latest thinking about learning and teaching
- Be calm and assertive in managing behaviour
- Have the highest expectations of themselves and the behaviour and achievement of students
