Join Regent’s International School Bangkok as Girls House Mistress / Head of Girls Boarding
We are seeking a committed and experienced Head of Girls Boarding to lead and support our girls boarding house. We care for approximately 40 girls from all over the region and beyond.
About the role
As our Head of Girls Boarding you will:
Lead and oversee the girls’ boarding community with care and clarity.
Ensure excellent standards of pastoral care, safeguarding, and wellbeing.
Create a warm, inclusive environment where each girl feels known and supported.
Manage and guide Houseparents and GAP boarding staff to deliver high‑quality provision.
Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
Be a visible presence in boarding life, including key evenings and weekends.
