About This Role

Alleyn's School, located in Dulwich, South London, is looking for a Fees Accountant to manage the fees operations for both Alleyn’s Senior and Junior Schools, as well as Alleyn’s Oakfield. The individual in this role will be tasked with the effective and efficient oversight of school fee processes, which include billing, debt recovery, communication with parents regarding fee issues, collaboration with external funding bodies, and maintaining precise General Ledger records and reconciliations for all fee-related nominal codes.

The ideal candidate will hold a qualification as an accountant from a CCAB professional accountancy body or be AAT-qualified, possessing strong technical accounting abilities and a keen eye for detail. They should exhibit a blend of precision and empathy, engaging confidently and professionally with parents, colleagues, and external partners. A proactive and organized mindset, along with the capability to handle a diverse workload in a dynamic school environment, is crucial.

This is a full-time, year-round role, with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Compensation

£30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS Scale)
