Olga Gudynn International School (OGIS) is on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic English Teacher to join our growing secondary team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a dedicated educator to deliver outstanding English instruction throughout Key Stages 3 to 5, enhancing students' literacy, analytical, and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English Language and Literature for KS3–KS5
• Create and implement engaging and structured lessons
• Equip students for GCSE/IGCSE and A Level (or equivalent) examinations
• Evaluate, track, and assist in the development of students
• Engage in curriculum enhancement and departmental initiatives
• Take part in the wider school community, including enrichment opportunities

Person Specification

• A degree in English or a related discipline
• PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience in teaching English at the secondary level
• Strong knowledge of the subject and effective classroom management abilities
• Dedication to upholding high standards of teaching and learning
• Capacity to inspire and motivate students
