ROLE

We are currently recruiting a Cambridge Lower Secondary Mathematics teacher with knowledge of the CPA method who can integrate technology into teaching and learning.

 

Start date: August 2026.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • A strong academic background in Mathematics, Engineering or another related field.

  • Previous experience in educational settings.

  • Strong ICT skills, with the ability to deliver innovative practical and engaging lessons.

  • Experience in teaching the Cambridge International Curriculum for Lower Secondary and iGCSE.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a commitment to learning Portuguese (if not already spoken).

  • The ability to work collaboratively, within a cross-curricular teaching setting.

  • A proactive approach and attentiveness to challenge and engage students.

  • Excellent classroom management skills.

  • Dedication to effectively track individual student needs, progress and development.
