Are you enthusiastic about guiding others towards success in the fields of accountancy and finance? We are looking for a committed and knowledgeable Associate Lecturer in AAT to become part of our vibrant team. This part-time position presents an exciting chance to motivate the next generation of accounting professionals.

This role includes an evening teaching schedule, specifically an ongoing Level 2 class on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Hybrid working arrangements are available for preparation, marking, and other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality instruction on AAT Level 2-4 courses.
- Create engaging lesson plans and learning resources.
- Offer academic support and guidance to students.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the AAT program.

You should have:

- A recognized teaching qualification (or a willingness to pursue one).
- Relevant accountancy qualifications (at least Level 4 AAT or equivalent).
- Experience in the accounting and finance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dedication to student success and ongoing professional development.
