About This Role
Swimming Coach (Female - Whole-School)
Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba is looking to hire a Swimming Coach (Female - Whole-School) to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will be required to facilitate lessons throughout the campus, catering to students from Foundation Stage to Sixth Form.
Joining a vibrant and dedicated team, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding education to some of Dubai's most driven students.
By adhering to the National Curriculum, you will engage and inspire students on a daily basis, encouraging them to become independent, motivated, and lifelong learners.
You will receive exceptional support to help you deliver this educational experience, enabling you to fully embrace our mission of 'the best by every child'.
Please be aware that this role may involve working evenings or weekends.
We are in search of an individual who is:
•
Possesses strong subject expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with students
•
Holds at least 2 years of experience in a relevant coaching role
•
Capable of conducting consistently engaging lessons and has a proven record of achieving outstanding outcomes
•
A collaborative team player with excellent communication capabilities
•
Demonstrates commitment to recent professional development pertinent to this position
•
Brings innovative ideas to enhance the department's profile within the school
•
Dedicated to the extra-curricular program
•
Committed to the welfare and pastoral care of all students under their supervision
•
Exhibits an innovative, creative, and positive attitude
•
Experience working internationally or with students from diverse backgrounds
