About This Role
Due to the ongoing success of GEMS Founders School – Dubai South, we are in search of a Head of Inclusion who will be available for the academic year commencing in August 2026.
We are accredited by British Schools Overseas (BSO), having received Outstanding evaluations in all areas, which enables us to offer NQT, QTS, and iPGCE programs for our educators via the TES Institute. Ideal candidates will:

• Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Special Education or an equivalent qualification, or a PGCE with QTS (Special Education)
• Have demonstrable experience teaching in primary education
• Be able to share outstanding teaching practices

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
• Have a proven history of delivering exceptional learning and teaching experiences
