RAK Academy - Al Hamra
Situated in the southern part of Ras Al Khaimah within the Al Hamra community, RAK Academy – Al Hamra is an expanding primary and lower secondary institution delivering an adapted UK National Curriculum from Pre-K to Grade 8, alongside the UAE MOE subjects. Our newly established secondary school for Grades 6 to 8 will open its doors for the first time in August 2026. We are accredited by the British Schools Overseas (BSO), aligning our standards with those of leading international British schools, and we are equipped to provide a comprehensive ECT induction for teachers.
The Role
RAK Academy Al Hamra is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and inspiring Primary Arabic B Teacher to become a part of our dynamic and successful Arabic department.
Essential Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in Arabic Studies or a related field.
• Familiarity with the Ministry of Education curriculum for Arabic B.
• A deep understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies.
• High proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and support students effectively.
• A reflective practitioner who can think creatively and innovate.
• A positive, enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset.
• Willingness to actively participate in extracurricular activities.
• Excellent communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
• A proven track record of improving student outcomes.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
