Requirements and Experience:
Essential:
• Possess a bachelor’s degree relevant to the teaching subject or its equivalent
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing the subject with our students
• Experience teaching GCSE and A Level courses
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience; however, we welcome applications from newly qualified teachers aspiring to excel
• Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons with a proven track record of outstanding results
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
• Evidence of commitment to ongoing professional development pertinent to this role
• Innovative ideas that can elevate the department's profile within the school
• Proficient ICT skills reflecting the role of technology in contemporary classrooms
• A dedication to the extracurricular program
• A commitment to the well-being and pastoral care of all students under your guidance
• An innovative, creative, and positive mindset
Desirable:
• Experience working abroad or with international students
