Your responsibilities will include supporting, observing, and documenting the progress of your class. You will design lesson plans aligned with school and curriculum objectives to promote a robust learning culture.
You will be responsible for developing curricula that encompass a wide array of subjects offered, ensuring you remain informed about subject-specific knowledge and understanding in accordance with curriculum standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Humanities/Geography/History or related fields
- At least 2 years of teaching experience or practical training in the subject in line with the UK National Curriculum
- UK Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS)
- Proficiency in Data Disaggregation, Analysis, and Differentiation for Students
- Current understanding of safeguarding practices
- A demonstrated history of effective teaching and achieving outstanding results through high-quality teaching and learning
- Capability to effectively utilize data to monitor and improve student progress
