About This Role

Operating in close collaboration with Harrow School in London, Harrow Bangkok is part of a network of schools across the UK and Asia that share a common ethos and uphold high standards.

Situated on a 35-acre garden campus in one of the most vibrant and diverse cities globally, Harrow Bangkok is a well-established institution. As a highly regarded and consistently favored option, Harrow Bangkok serves approximately 1,800 students, aged from 18 months to 18 years, including boarding students from Year 4 and above.

Our graduates attain exceptional examination results and progress to prestigious universities worldwide, following a comprehensive and challenging academic curriculum that emphasizes the development of the whole individual.

We are currently looking for exceptional teachers to fill positions starting in August 2025. Successful candidates will be offered two-year renewable contracts with attractive employment terms and excellent working conditions.

We encourage applications from both the UK state and independent sectors, as well as those currently teaching internationally. There may also be opportunities to work with our boarding students.

Experience and qualifications:

  • A relevant degree, accompanied by a UK PGCE or another recognized teaching qualification that provides QTS
  • A minimum of three years of teaching experience
  • Familiarity with the English national curriculum (as well as IGCSE/GCSE and/or A Levels where relevant)
  • A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing the whole child
  • A high degree of professionalism with a focus on children's well-being
  • Recent active involvement in extracurricular activities
  • Respect for all members of the school community, regardless of their position, gender, age, or ethnic background
  • Experience working with students for whom English is a second language
  • A positive, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Acceptable police checks (or equivalent) from the applicant's country of origin and any other countries where they have worked, with no concerns regarding suitability to work with children
  • Positive references from current and previous employers, verified through personal phone calls to each referee
