The Role

As our new Phase Leader, you will:

Provide inspirational leadership for your phase, ensuring high‑quality teaching and learning
Support, coach and motivate colleagues to deliver the very best for every child
Contribute to strategic development as part of our expanding Senior Leadership Team
Monitor progress and champion inclusion, ambition and excellence
Help shape an engaging, creative curriculum that makes full use of both indoor and outdoor learning environments
Model strong professional practice, with a positive, solution‑focused approach
