Class Teacher

Position: Classroom Teacher (Primary)

Location: Hawkesley Church Primary Academy, 376 Shannon Road, Kings Norton, B38 9TR

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Delivering Lessons: Create engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive learning environment, effectively manage pupil behaviour in line with school policy, and ensure safety.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess pupil progress, provide feedback, and prepare reports.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues, parents, and the community to support pupil learning and development.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
