About This Role

St George's Preparatory School is thrilled to welcome enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to apply for the role of Supply Teaching Assistants. This position offers a wonderful chance for those wishing to support students across all year groups, from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Year 6.

Position Summary:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and assisting students with their learning needs across a variety of subjects. No previous experience is needed; we encourage applications from individuals who are eager to learn, flexible, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in our school community.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience as a teaching assistant is not necessary; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging effectively with both students and adults.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Flexibility and adaptability to assist with different classes and age levels as needed.
- Basic organizational skills to support classroom activities.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
