About This Role
- A consistent track record of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
- Significant experience of working with High Needs learners and students with EHCPs (mainstream or discrete settings).
- Ability to successfully mentor and coach new and established members of staff, with a focus on inclusive practice and supporting EHCP and High Needs learners.
- A degree or equivalent professional qualification (or currently working towards) or relevant equivalent experience.
- Teaching qualification (DTTLS, PGCE, Cert Ed).
