Your Role:

• Delivering A-Level and IGCSE Mathematics with a history of exceptional results.
• Advancing your subject area by adopting innovative teaching strategies such as Design Thinking.
• Collaborating with our projects team to design and implement an exciting variety of interdisciplinary, project-based modules.
• Engaging with our 'Spectra SMARTs' Human Intelligences framework to ensure your subject, project, and pastoral duties aid our learners in developing the skills necessary to be ‘Future-Ready’.
• Leading extracurricular initiatives and contributing significantly to house activities.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of A-Level teaching experience with strong results.
• A recognized teaching qualification and a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• A genuine enthusiasm for student-centered, progressive teaching methods.
• An energetic approach to integrating social enterprise and service learning into education.
• Candidates with experience in project-based learning are strongly encouraged to apply.
