About This Role
Wuxi Dipont School of Arts and Science, in partnership with King’s College School, Wimbledon and Nanjing Foreign Language School, is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Lower Secondary English to join our dynamic educational community that combines the finest aspects of international and Chinese education, commencing in August 2026.

Background
Wuxi Dipont School of Arts and Science was founded with strong support from Wuxi's local government and through a collaboration between two prestigious institutions: Nanjing Foreign Language School in China and King’s College School in Wimbledon, UK. Together, they aimed to create a “school of the future” focused on delivering a well-rounded education. Since its inception in September 2018 with 750 students, the school has expanded to nearly 2,000 students, showcasing the institution's excellence, ambitious vision, and the support of partners, families, and the wider community.

About you
- A Bachelor’s degree in English or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven ability to facilitate significant student progress for a diverse array of EAL learners.
- Experience in implementing a comprehensive approach to planning and assessment.
- A strong interest in adolescent development and a positive perspective on students’ potential for learning and growth.
- Ability to comprehend and apply local Chinese educational standards and embrace new technologies.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Excellent collaboration, rapport-building, and communication skills in a Dual Language environment.
