Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

  • Possess a relevant bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the subject, eager to share this with our students.
  • Have experience teaching GCSE and A Level.
  • Bring at least 3 years of teaching experience, although we welcome applications from new teachers who aspire to excel.
  • Capable of delivering consistently inspiring lessons with a proven track record of outstanding results.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a highly collaborative approach.
  • Show evidence of recent professional development relevant to this role.
  • Present ideas that will enhance the department’s prominence within the school.
  • Possess ICT skills that reflect the integration of technology in modern classrooms.
  • Commit to contributing to the extracurricular program.
  • Dedicate yourself to the well-being and pastoral care of all students entrusted to you.
  • Maintain an innovative, creative, and positive mindset.

Desirable:

  • Experience working internationally or with students from diverse backgrounds.
