KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Deliver Engaging Lessons – Develop and implement inspiring and challenging lessons in accordance with the Cambridge International Curriculum (UK National Curriculum), ensuring all students reach their potential.


Support and Assess Student Progress – Utilize innovative teaching strategies and continuous assessments to enhance learning outcomes, offering valuable feedback.


Create a Positive Learning Environment – Foster a classroom setting where students feel safe to explore, take risks, and pursue excellence.


Collaborate and Share Best Practices – Partner with colleagues throughout the school to contribute to curriculum development and professional growth.


Contribute Beyond the Classroom – Take an active role in BSA's extracurricular programs, including academic competitions, creative clubs, and sports initiatives.


Engage with the School Community – Build strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring that every child feels valued and supported.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are in search of an outstanding educator who embodies our values of creativity, respect, responsibility, and pride. The ideal candidate will possess:


A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)


Experience in education, particularly within KS3 to 5


At least 3 years of experience in a UK or British-curriculum school


A proven history of student success in international education


A passion for inquiry-based, student-centered learning


Familiarity with modern teaching methods and assessment strategies


A commitment to holistic education, fostering creativity, confidence, and accountability


Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international school setting
