Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant teaching subject or an equivalent qualification
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent credential
• Strong expertise in the subject matter and a genuine passion for imparting knowledge to students
• Experience in teaching GCSE and A Level courses
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience; however, we welcome applications from new teachers with exceptional potential
• Capability to deliver consistently engaging lessons and a proven track record of achieving excellent results
• Strong teamwork and effective communication skills
• Evidence of commitment to recent professional development related to this position
• Innovative ideas to raise the department's profile within the school
• Proficiency in ICT that aligns with the role of technology in contemporary classrooms
• Commitment to supporting the extra-curricular program
• Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students under your guidance
• An innovative, creative, and positive mindset

Desirable:
