Requirements and Experience:
Essential:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant teaching subject or an equivalent qualification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent credential
- Strong expertise in the subject matter and a genuine passion for imparting knowledge to students
- Experience in teaching GCSE and A Level courses
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience; however, we welcome applications from new teachers with exceptional potential
- Capability to deliver consistently engaging lessons and a proven track record of achieving excellent results
- Strong teamwork and effective communication skills
- Evidence of commitment to recent professional development related to this position
- Innovative ideas to raise the department's profile within the school
- Proficiency in ICT that aligns with the role of technology in contemporary classrooms
- Commitment to supporting the extra-curricular program
