**Candidates must possess:**
- A degree in education, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification, including PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or equivalent (the PGCE must be paired with a subject-specific Bachelor’s Degree).
- At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Comprehensive subject knowledge with substantial experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A commitment to creating a student-centered learning atmosphere.
- A dedication to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities outside school hours.
