Currently, BSV is looking for a skilled PE Teacher to join our exceptional team on a temporary basis until the end of June 2025.

About the Role
In this teaching position, it is crucial to take charge of all students' educational experiences and remain accessible for parent communication and meetings as per school guidelines. Facilitating effective home-school interaction through meetings and written communications while ensuring student confidentiality is vital. Utilizing data to organize, plan, establish goals, and assess progress throughout the academic year is essential for creating a safe and orderly learning environment. Collaborating with fellow staff members to foster a professional and positive educational community, attending faculty meetings, and engaging in assigned activities are significant responsibilities. Additionally, assigning appropriate tasks and homework, supervising during lunchtime and playtime, and managing student behavior and attendance are key duties. Keeping lesson plans detailed and current for substitute situations, supporting the school’s mission and policies, adhering to health and safety regulations, and conducting risk assessments are also required. Supervising students across various settings, promoting E-safety through workshops, and assisting children in resolving friendship issues are important aspects of the role.
