We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the Principal to join Tudor Grange Primary Academy Meon Vale. This is primarily an office management role, with an important PA element supporting the Principal.

You will communicate sensitively and professionally, exercise discretion and maintain high standards of confidentiality.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in a busy administrative or office management role, with strong organisational and IT skills.

Confidence in coordinating staff, allocating priorities and ensuring the smooth running of an office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with families, colleagues and visitors.

Experience of maintaining accurate records, using databases and improving administrative systems and processes.

A professional, discreet and proactive approach to supporting senior leaders; school-based experience is desirable.

Visits to the school are encouraged and welcomed. To arrange a visit, please contact Claire Aucott via email at office@meonvale.tgacademy.org.uk or by telephoning 01789 721 060.
