Candidates who are successful will need to:

• Exemplify and model our foundational values of integrity, empathy, and resilience in all their endeavors
• Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification
• Have demonstrated experience teaching KS3/KS4/KS5 Mathematics
• Be open to collaborating and sharing their exemplary practices
• Maintain a growth mindset, demonstrating reflection and a solution-oriented approach
• Exhibit creativity and enthusiasm in their teaching methodologies
• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
• Have a proven history of delivering outstanding learning and teaching experiences

• Be eager to contribute positively to our school community and culture through active participation in extracurricular activities and community events.
