We are looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and committed Mathematics Specialist Teacher to become a member of our educational team. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement well-organized, student-focused lessons aligned with the UAE curriculum standards and international best practices.
- Utilize data-informed strategies to evaluate student progress and customize instruction to accommodate the varied needs of learners, ensuring every student reaches their maximum potential in mathematics.
- Cultivate an engaging classroom atmosphere that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning.
- Work together with colleagues, including other subject specialists and support staff, to design interdisciplinary projects that strengthen mathematical concepts throughout the curriculum.
- Incorporate technology and hands-on resources to boost mathematical learning and student engagement.
- Actively engage in school initiatives, contributing to a positive school culture while supporting Taaleem Charter Schools' commitment to ongoing improvement.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and colleagues to foster students' growth, progress, and well-being.
You will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status and a Bachelor’s degree in the subject.
- Have recent, successful experience teaching Mathematics as a specialist subject.
- Exhibit a flexible and enthusiastic demeanor with a proactive attitude.
