Mathematics Teacher

The Role

We are searching for a committed mathematics teacher to implement the curriculum as established by the Principal:

• Teaching IGCSE mathematics
• Teaching A Level mathematics
• Supporting students in their preparation for university mathematics
• Ensuring effective classroom management and promoting a respectful atmosphere
• Monitoring student progress and assessing assignments
• Preparing reports and communicating with parents as needed
• Maintaining an accurate and current attendance record
• Overseeing recess and lunch periods as required

The well-being of our students is our top priority:

• Engaging in one of the School's Houses and contributing to its organized activities
• Following the school’s safeguarding policies and procedures
• Coordinating with the Senior Leadership Team and parents as necessary
• Conducting evening boarding supervision duties responsibly and in line with School policy (generally once every two to three weeks)

Enhancing the School's extracurricular offerings through involvement in activities and clubs, including:

• Sports
• Arts
• Academic enrichment
• Outdoor pursuits

Taking on additional relevant responsibilities as directed by the School’s Leadership Team, which may include:

• Collaborating with marketing and admissions
• Participating in staff meetings, professional development sessions, etc.
• Engaging in school-wide events like Foundation Day
• Serving on various school committees
