If you are committed to making a significant impact in the lives of children with additional needs, we invite you to apply for the position of Learning Support Assistant. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teachers to foster student progress, while also enhancing their independence, self-esteem, and social integration. Additionally, you will work alongside our Pastoral Support team, Therapeutic Thinking Lead, and Therapy team to cultivate a nurturing educational environment.

We would be delighted to hear from you if you:

✅ Have a strong passion for assisting children with SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health) needs and neurodiversity, including autism.

✅ Bring experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or Youth Worker, especially in supporting children with additional needs.

✅ Are currently employed in a mainstream Secondary setting and are enthusiastic about transitioning into Special Education.

Compensation

Excellent salary range from £25,989 – £26,824 FTE per annum (Actual term time only for this position is £22,878 to £23,613 per annum).
