Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Officer with the daily operations of HR processes, ensuring adherence to GEMS policies and UAE Labour Law.
- Facilitate the onboarding and induction processes for new staff to guarantee a seamless and professional experience.
- Keep employee records accurate and support the HRIS/ERP system for timely information and reporting.
- Aid in the recruitment process for non-teaching positions, including posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Address staff inquiries related to HR issues, including attendance, leave, benefits, and insurance.
- Help manage employee relations in accordance with policies and guidance from the HR Officer.
- Assist in performance management initiatives, employee engagement activities, and HR audits.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee records as necessary.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services throughout the school.
