We are on the lookout for an Outstanding Head of Drama to become part of our team at GEMS Founders School, Dubai, with a start date in August 2026.

Qualifications
The ideal candidates should:
- Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree in Drama, along with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Drama teachers, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning.
- Be enthusiastic about collaborating and sharing their outstanding practices with others.
