Established in 2005, GBA is a flourishing, BSO-accredited British international school that serves students from Pre-KG through Year 12. Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking UK-qualified, proactive, and passionate EYFS Reception teachers who excel in:
- Fostering warm, trusting relationships with young children and their families
- Creating a nurturing, language-rich, and playful atmosphere
- Integrating structured talk, communication, language development, and early inquiry into daily routines
- Designing engaging, purposeful, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Closely observing children and using assessments to identify next steps
- Supporting children in becoming confident communicators, empathetic peers, and independent learners
- Making positive contributions to our inclusive and collaborative EYFS team
Candidates must be fluent English-speaking graduates with a UK Department for Education teacher number or in the final stages of their training.

- Holds a clean enhanced DBS or police clearance
- Is prepared to relocate to Kuwait promptly and ready to commence teaching by 1 September
Essential Requirements
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – PGCE, BEd, or equivalent
- UK bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant curriculum subject
- Recent and successful EYFS or early primary experience in a UK or BSO-accredited school
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and early child development
- Ability to plan for individual needs and developmental stages
- Effective classroom, behavior, and routine management
- Strong digital literacy skills (Google Workspace, shared drives, etc.)
