We are currently seeking a Director of Counselling to oversee our team of College Counsellors. This essential position focuses on guiding students through the college application process, providing academic planning assistance, and promoting their overall well-being.

Position: Director of Counselling (College Counsellor)
Curriculum: Advanced Placement
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 2 years

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in college counselling or related student support roles.
- In-depth knowledge of college admissions procedures, especially for institutions globally.
- Familiarity with the Advanced Placement curriculum and its implications for university applications.
- Exceptional communication abilities for engaging with students, parents, faculty, and external organizations.
- Capacity to provide customized guidance that addresses the individual needs of each student.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital tools relevant to counselling services.
