A happy teacher is a better teacher

We believe in our teachers. That’s why we’ll give you all the support you need to achieve your best.

We are seeking to appoint a great professional to join our ambitious, dynamic leadership team and help drive our strategic priorities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers looking for the next stage in their career progression who value inclusive education and want to make a difference.

Passmores Academy is a highly successful oversubscribed school located in Harlow, near to London and Stansted Airport. We have a unique building and our facilities are excellent.

We became a Multi Academy Trust in 2013, with schools from our primary community. The trust has now grown and includes four primary schools and two secondaries. This role will give you opportunities to work cross-school and phase - to make an even bigger impact in our community. There are easier places to work than here, but few are as fulfilling.

We work very hard and enjoy each other’s company. We do all that is needed to help the young people we serve - they deserve the best education, and we are committed to delivering it.

Accommodation may be available.
