Your duties will include monitoring, observing, and documenting the progress of your students. You will design lessons in accordance with school and curriculum goals, focusing on fostering a positive learning environment.
Additionally, you will create curricula that span the diverse subjects we offer and keep your subject knowledge current in line with curriculum standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience or teaching practice in a subject that aligns with the UK National Curriculum
- A valid UK Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS)
- Understanding of Data Disaggregation, Analysis, and Student Differentiation
- Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding practices
- A proven track record of successful teaching and achieving excellent results through high-quality instruction
- Ability to effectively utilize data to track and enhance student progress
