About the Programme:

The Vinschool Advanced (Cambridge) Programme is a comprehensive bilingual initiative that combines the Vinschool Education System, the Vietnamese national curriculum, and the Cambridge International Programmes.

What We Need:

Vinschool is seeking passionate, qualified, and certified educators to join our international teaching team. Successful applicants will be tasked with delivering the Cambridge ESL Programme at the Secondary school level, following the Cambridge International Curriculum Framework. Candidates should hold the requisite qualifications and experience, showcasing a strong commitment to fostering student development in both academic and extracurricular activities.

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Teaching English (as a Second/Foreign Language) in line with Cambridge International Curriculum standards.
• Creating curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials while managing information on the LMS.
• Adapting teaching strategies, learning approaches, and instructional resources to meet the diverse needs and interests of students.
• Evaluating student performance, monitoring academic progress, and offering constructive feedback.
• Establishing classroom standards and overseeing student performance, behavior, social development, and health.
• Partnering with teachers, parents, or guardians to assess student progress and address any academic or behavioral issues.
• Designing and implementing remedial programs for students requiring additional assistance.
• Engaging in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and school events.
• Planning and participating in extracurricular activities, such as clubs and academic competitions.
• Fulfilling various professional duties as assigned by the Principal/Director.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Education in a relevant field.
• Valid Professional Teaching qualification/license/certification as required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of post-qualification professional teaching experience in a formal school environment.
• Familiarity with the Cambridge International Curriculum is preferred but not essential.

Language Proficiency:

• Proficient English speaker (minimum C1 level).

Soft Skills and Characteristics:

• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent classroom management, time management, interpersonal relations, and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptable, patient, flexible, dedicated, and maintaining a positive attitude.
