Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable educator who can provide engaging, challenging, and practical Business lessons, equipping students with the analytical, entrepreneurial, and decision-making skills essential for success in a rapidly evolving global economy.
The successful candidate will:
- Teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5
- Deliver high-quality GCSE/iGCSE and A Level instruction
- Inspire students through real-world case studies and enterprise-focused learning
- Enhance students’ analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and evaluation skills
- Ensure thorough preparation for public examinations
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
- Promote high standards of achievement and behavior
- Collaborate effectively with the wider Humanities/Business team
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)
- Experience with the British Curriculum
- Experience teaching GCSE/iGCSE and A Level Business Studies
- Strong knowledge in the subject area and examination preparation
- A passion for encouraging entrepreneurial thinking and global awareness
- A commitment to continual professional development
