Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable educator who can provide engaging, challenging, and practical Business lessons, equipping students with the analytical, entrepreneurial, and decision-making skills essential for success in a rapidly evolving global economy.

The successful candidate will:

• Teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5
• Deliver high-quality GCSE/iGCSE and A Level instruction
• Inspire students through real-world case studies and enterprise-focused learning
• Enhance students’ analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and evaluation skills
• Ensure thorough preparation for public examinations
• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
• Promote high standards of achievement and behavior
• Collaborate effectively with the wider Humanities/Business team

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)
• Experience with the British Curriculum
• Experience teaching GCSE/iGCSE and A Level Business Studies
• Strong knowledge in the subject area and examination preparation
• A passion for encouraging entrepreneurial thinking and global awareness
• A commitment to continual professional development
