Al Ain English Speaking School (AAESS) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Biology Teacher who can also teach Physics and Chemistry up to KS4. This opportunity is set to begin in August 2026.

Role Overview:
We are in pursuit of an energetic, knowledgeable, and inspiring Science teacher to join our supportive and collaborative department.
The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, innovative, and high-quality Science lessons that ignite curiosity and a passion for scientific exploration. We are looking for a dynamic educator who can enhance students’ analytical thinking, practical skills, and conceptual understanding across the Sciences.
The successful candidate will:
- Teach Biology across Key Stages 3–5
- Confidently instruct Physics and Chemistry up to Key Stage 4
- Conduct stimulating practical lessons that encourage inquiry and critical thinking
- Prepare students effectively for GCSE/iGCSE and A Level examinations
- Contribute positively to curriculum development and enrichment initiatives
- Maintain high expectations for both achievement and behavior
- Collaborate with a strong and supportive Science team
- Commit to ongoing professional development
The successful applicant will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related Science discipline
- A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)
- Experience in teaching the British Curriculum
- Strong subject knowledge across the Sciences at KS3 and KS4
- Experience with GCSE/iGCSE (A Level Biology is advantageous)
- A commitment to raising standards and inspiring students
